Information on processing of job applicants’ personal data
Purpose and scope of data processed
For the purposes of the selection procedure, we process in particular:
- first and last name;
- contact details;
- information on the CV (work experience, education, skills);
- other information you voluntarily provide to us.
We need these data to assess a candidate’s suitability and take steps before the conclusion of an employment contract.
Legal grounds for processing
- implementation of measures prior to the conclusion of an employment contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- employer’s legitimate interest in managing recruitment and recording communications (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- consent if you provide it voluntarily (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) – e.g. inclusion in the applicant database.
Due to our legitimate interest, we may also process information about the recruitment process or internal notes of the recruiter. The data are not subject to automated decision-making.
Retention period for personal data
- for the duration of the selection procedure;
- but not more than 1 year after its end.
Consent to be included in the applicant database (optional – talent pool)
If you wish to be contacted in the future for other suitable positions, you can give your consent to be included in the applicant database:
