The project suggests the implementation of a measure that will reduce energy consumption, and reduce the specific energy consumption to final product weight, which will ultimately improve the company’s competitiveness. In addition, the project deals with environmental issues, which will help improve the environment.

The project aims to revitalise part of a site in Tečovice, which originally served as part of a cooperative farm. The site concerned is a former cowshed, which was extended into milking premises in the sixties. It was used as a warehouse for bottles and non-alcoholic drinks in the nineties.

The site has been vacant since 2006. The project aims to build a new registered office for Zelinger plast s.r.o., which will acquire modern and functional premises (buildings SO 101, SO 102 A, SO 102 B).

Project objectives: The main objective of the project is the revitalisation of brownfields (buildings SO 101 and SO 102 A) and the construction of a new manufacturing hall (SO 102 B) for Zelinger plast s.r.o.
on the former agricultural site in Tečovice.

The “Revitalisation of the Zelinger Tečovice site” project is co-financed by the EU and OPPIK resources within the Property programme.

The project aims to build our own research and development (RD) capacity to implement development and innovation activities, directly linked to market applications in our company’s production. The company will carry out development primarily in the area of recyclables and automating operations. To be able to face the increasing competition in our field, it is necessary to continue developing new progressive technologies, which will not only maintain, but also strengthen our competitiveness.
