A work position

I give the company permission to send me (an) employment offer(s) other than this one. I hereby give my consent to Zelinger plast s.r.o. to process and store my personal data for the aforementioned purpose. By giving my consent I confirm that I have acquainted myself with the information related to this consent and I give my consent as a free act and deed having been properly informed.

To enhance my chances to succeed at Zelinger plast s.r.o. in the future as a job candidate I give my consent to my personal data being processed in such a way that the company may send me job offers or other information on career opportunities in the company in the future.

This consent is given in compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, is given for an indefinite period, i.e. the period during which the aforementioned purpose lasts, and you may withdraw your consent and delete your personal data held by the company irrecoverably by emailing marie.zacharova@zelinger.cz; deleting your personal data will permanently delete all the data sent by you including any and all additional personal data added by the data controller, apart from any notes which constitute an output and record of the selection procedure and include no personal data.

To process data, the company uses third party software tools which comply with the data processing legislation in force.

In relation to your personal data processing you have the right:

  1. to access your personal data,
  2. to rectify or complete incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
  3. to erase your personal data, if the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, or if you find out that it has been processed unlawfully,
  4. to restrict your personal data processing in certain circumstances, to data portability and
  5. to object to the processing of your personal data if it is not proven that serious justified reasons for the processing exist which override your interests or rights and freedoms, especially if the reason is enforcing any legal claims, and
  6. to refer to the Office for Personal Data Protection.

By filling in and sending your reply to this job offer you provide your personal data to Zelinger plast s.r.o. as the controller, for the purpose of the selection procedure for this position during the period of the selection procedure, which may not exceed one year, and also for the purpose of making the recruitment procedure more effective.

The controller processes your personal data primarily to perform any measures adopted prior to concluding an employment or other similar contract with you. The following candidate data is necessary for the selection procedure for the job: first name, surname, contact details, work experience to date and related details, experience and skills. Any other data sent by the candidate is voluntary. Certain identification and contact data is also processed by the controller on the grounds of his or her legitimate interests. Legitimate interests mean processing
identification and contact data and information on the recruitment procedure in order to make the recruitment procedure more effective, to perform analytical and statistical activities, to maintain the integrity of the data and to remove any duplicates. Such data will be depersonalised (pseudonymised), encrypted and, if necessary, further secured so as to ensure the maximum protection of the rights and freedoms of the
data subjects. This processing will not have any impact on the data subjects and will not in any way interfere with their privacy.
If you at any moment decide to withdraw from the selection procedure prior to its termination by the controller, you may do so and freely delete your personal data by contacting marie.bazalkova@zelinger.cz. Deleting your personal data will permanently delete all the data you have sent, including any and all additional personal data added by the data controller, apart from any notes which constitute an output and record of the selection procedure and include no personal data.

Information on processing of job applicants’ personal data

Purpose and scope of data processed

For the purposes of the selection procedure, we process in particular:

  • first and last name;
  • contact details;
  • information on the CV (work experience, education, skills);
  • other information you voluntarily provide to us.

We need these data to assess a candidate’s suitability and take steps before the conclusion of an employment contract.

Legal grounds for processing

  • implementation of measures prior to the conclusion of an employment contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • employer’s legitimate interest in managing recruitment and recording communications (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • consent if you provide it voluntarily (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) – e.g. inclusion in the applicant database.

Due to our legitimate interest, we may also process information about the recruitment process or internal notes of the recruiter. The data are not subject to automated decision-making.

Retention period for personal data

  • for the duration of the selection procedure;
  • but not more than 1 year after its end.
